The Role
Law Society Learning is the Law Society's digital learning platform, delivering a wide range of commercial and free online education material for its members. The Learning & Development Support Officer provides day-to-day support to both the digital education team and Law Society members in administering all aspects of our online professional learning offer. This includes resolving member queries about our digital education content, as well supporting the wider team to help deliver our roadmap.
What we're looking for
Someone with enthusiasm for digital learning who has experience of working with a Learning Management System.
You will have strong customer handling skills and excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to work well with people at all levels.
You will also have demonstrable experience of financial reporting and generating purchase orders.
