An opportunity has arisen in our Thames Valley (Reading & Oxford) Lease Advisory team for an experienced and highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding team. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working with a strong list of prestigious clients and instructions.

Joining our Lease Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic advice to our client base and further expanding it. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive property consultancy services, further enhancing your own and our reputation in the market. This is an outstanding chance to grow your expertise while shaping a market-leading career.

You will be organised and motivated, with a proven track record in rent reviews and lease renewals.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a Chartered Surveyor 

Have a thorough understanding of and experience in the Lease Advisory market.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Confidence in developing business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
