We're looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Private Wealth department at our offices in Lymington.

Responsibilities
Our Legal Administrators are essential members of our team, responsible for managing their own tasks while also providing support to colleagues on more intricate issues. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a blend of secretarial and administrative duties, including:

You might be a recent law graduate or an individual currently undertaking the SQE/LPC who is eager to advance your career. - Photocopying and scanning accurately.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Handling telephone inquiries, taking precise messages, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Updating fee earner diaries.
- Maintaining efficient systems, including file opening and closure.
