Legal Counsel

Pure Search are exclusively partnering with a market leading financial technology brand who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel. The role sits in a team whose primary purpose is to negotiate £multi-million and even £billion deals with clients. As such the role is best suited to either a commercial or corporate lawyer but they are open to those coming from other transactional practice areas too.

About the Team

It's an incredibly supportive team where you will get the opportunity to partner with more senior colleagues on deals to begin with, before then subsequently starting to work more autonomously. There will also be the opportunity to work with colleagues who have specialist expertise in data privacy, FS regulations, IP and competition law. All in, it's a great place for any lawyer who is looking to make their first in-house move.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• Circa 2-4 years PQE
• Trained and qualified with a leading law firm
• Ideally qualified into the commercial or corporate practice area of a law firm but there is some flexibility
