Salary Grade C Points 04 to 06 (£12.65 to £13.05 per hour).
Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a Lettings Attendant to join our academy in March 2025, on a casual as and when required basis.
Your new role
As a Lettings Attendant, you will support the Lettings Manager by overseeing and managing the facilities during lettings bookings, including ensuring areas are safe, clean and tidy before and after each booking and addressing any issues raised during each booking, maintaining equipment used in the lettings and ensuring new clients are inducted appropriately on academy procedures and rules whilst on site.
The working hours for this role are between 5pm and 10pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday. It is not expected that the Lettings Attendant will work all of these shifts. The exact shift pattern will be agreed with the postholder and salary pro-rated accordingly.

Results
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2024, 80% of students achieved a Grade 5 or above in English, with 63% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in Maths. With an overall Progress score of +0.51 and 60% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in both English and Maths we are placed well above similar schools nationally.
A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with 90% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
