Litigation Associate

We are currently working with a leading US firm who are looking to take on 2 new associates as part of the ongoing expansion of their London disputes practice. Preferably, this will be one hire at the 2-3 PQE range and one at 5-6 PQE, although candidates outside of this will be considered on their merits.

The team specialises in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes across tech, FS, life sciences and media in particular whilst also doing a lot of work across class actions and competition litigation. As such, candidates must be E&W qualified and have a strong litigation background with High Court experience. Any experience of defending group actions as well representing clients before the Competition Appeal Tribunal is desired but not a necessity.

Candidates should have an excellent academic record with experience in a top tier disputes practice.
