Team


Our Motor Practice department specialises in handling a wide range of cases, including Credit Hire, Recoveries and other personal injury claims both claimant and defendant. We focus on providing exceptional client service and achieving cost-effective solutions.

Clients


Our clients include insurers, self-insured organizations, and corporates, and we provide them with bespoke advice tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of fast track claims and some intermediate track matters.
• Handling claims involving Credit Hire or similar disputes.
• Delivering excellent client service and maintaining professional standards.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team as needed.
  
  
  

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar field.
• Experience handling Credit Hire Fast Track cases or a mixed caseload of small claims and fast track cases.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  
  
  

Qualifications


While formal legal qualifications are advantageous, we value practical experience and a proven ability to manage complex caseloads.
