Local Marketing Executive to bring our brand to life in local communities! You’ll empower our operations team with tools to create buzz, drive awareness, and boost sales through tailored activations and events. Please note this role is offered on a
hybrid basis, working from the Warrington office 2-3 days a week is required. The remaining time will be worked from our sites or from home at line manager discretion.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in driving local marketing efforts, supporting site teams, and ensuring consistent, impactful campaigns across various channels to boost sales and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Toolkit: Manage and refresh the local marketing toolkit, ensuring it stays relevant and effective.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and implement updates across POS, digital platforms, and training materials.
- Site Marketing Plans: Collaborate with operations managers to create tailored site plans for boosting sales or launching new locations.
- Community Engagement: Maintain a database of local contacts to share campaign updates and help site teams engage effectively with their communities.
- Print & Artwork Management: Oversee the print portal, approve artwork, and recommend new marketing assets.
- Social Media Support: Provide monthly content calendars, manage local Facebook account content, and conduct coaching sessions for site teams.
- Creative Activations: Work with brand partners to deliver local activations and bring campaigns to life.
- Team Incentives: Develop and manage an incentives calendar to drive team engagement and motivation.
What should you bring to the table?
You’ll bring 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, with a solid understanding of the UK restaurant market. Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments with a resourceful, can-do attitude. Experience with platforms like Design My Night or Collins is a bonus.
Passionate about food, drink, music, and hospitality, you’ll work closely with our ops team, juggling priorities and timelines with ease. After all, we sell kebabs and cocktails and love having fun while we do it!
