To manage all UK 3PL warehousing and courier operations with a focus on cost to serve, high quality and continuous improvement.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure all 3PL KPIs are met and take action to resolve and prevent reoccurrence if any are breached.
- Ensure service provision is delivered within variable budget and ensure exceptional overspends are clearly understood when they occur.
- Act as the key facilitator between DC Ops, Customer Services, Buying & Merchandising and Store Ops, establishing, documenting and revising cross-functional processes.
- Ensure new starters from other departments are properly inducted into the business with a programme of warehouse visits.
- Collate the necessary forecast data and provide to our 3PLs in line with contractual requirements, paying particular attention to promotional and peak periods.
- Develop project timelines in conjunction with B&M to ensure kit assembly is completed in a timely manner in line with launch requirements.
- Chase down inbound queries and non-compliance issues to ensure fast turnaround of troubled shipments.
- Ensure year-round stock accuracy is maintained and compliance standards adhered to.

- Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems and their interactions.
