An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Maintenance team, team for a Maintenance Technician?to join the team. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the main purpose of this role is to?support with planned maintenance and corrective activities.

As a Maintenance Technician, You Will

• Maintain and find fault with a wide variety of automated industrial plant and process equipment including stainless steel fabrication, CNC/Robotic machinery, metal forming/press tool machinery, assembly plant, powder coating paint plant etc.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified in a relevant mechanical discipline.
• Proven mechanical fitting experience in an industrial maintenance engineering environment.
• Able to read and follow mechanical drawings.
• Competent with bench and machine fitting.
• A proven working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Competent with lifting/slinging.
• Capable of working unsupervised when required - alone or as part of the team.
• PC literate.
• Basic welding competence (preferable but not essential).
• FLT driving license/experience (preferable but not essential).
• IPAF license to drive MEWPs i.e. scissor/boom lifts (preferable but not essential)
• Current driving licence.
• Please note this role is being offered on permanent Double Day shifts
