Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles following company standards
• Diagnose vehicle faults and report them to the Service Manager
• Replace components, lubricants, and consumables
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe environment
• Perform tasks efficiently within Mercedes Benz service and repair times
• Advise on vehicle servicing and future requirements
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in light vehicle maintenance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Full UK driving license (essential)
• Commitment to ongoing training and development, particularly in EV products
