Job Role:
Market Insights & Analytics Manager, Global. Responsible for delivery and development of critical market insights and competitor intelligence for pladis global team to inform annual plans and strategic decision-making across our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market performance and competitor analysis to help pladis deliver against plans and identify opportunities and threats.
Support the build and delivery of enterprise wide market insight reporting platforms and associated data & harmonization processes, key focus involving the building of solutions in powerbi
Support strategy planning cycles, developing and delivering key external consumer and market trends insights
Manage relationships with external research agencies and ensure data quality.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and marketing ROI measurement programs, recommending optimizations for improvement.
Stay current on FMCG industry trends and consumer behavior with a key focus on AI developments and next generation marketing performance and analytics platforms
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in marketing research or insights, ideally within FMCG.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, with good experience in building solutions in powerbi
Excellent experience and knowledge working with 3rd part data sets, primarily NIQ, Circana and Kantar
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor insights for different audiences.
Strong understanding of ETL data processes and data harmonization projects
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and brand teams.
A passion for FMCG brands and consumer trends
Preferably experience working in market insights agency and client side
