The Role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional, ideally with IT reseller, vendor or distributor experience or agency experience.
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will own marketing campaigns for several of our biggest brands. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan, pitch, execute and report back on a full range of marketing campaigns. You will be part of a team of 16 individuals delivering marketing campaigns that meet business objectives, engage customers and drive sales.
Marketing budgets are released on a quarterly basis. Using information gathered from market analysis, customer insights and sales trends, this individual must devise creative, innovative and impacting marketing plans that meet stakeholder objectives. For example, digital marketing activities, customer re-engagement through profiling or a research project, building sales pipeline through automation, winning key accounts via account-based marketing, or creating networking opportunities through virtual training and events.
Execution is overseen by this individual alongside supporting resources in the form of external agencies. At the end of the quarter, campaign results and ROI are collated and presented to stakeholders at quarterly business reviews.
