As a Marketing and Communication Specialist/Consultant, you will leverage your expertise, experience, and passion to drive the success of the Global Business Unit Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I GBU). By translating the GBU strategy into impactful and inspiring marketing initiatives, you will create significant customer value, drive revenue, and foster growth.
Your focus will be on planning, executing, structuring, and reporting on strategic marketing initiatives of our financial offerings tailored to OEMs, dealers, and end-users in
Europe.
You will collaborate with cross-functional team members and colleagues from various departments, including sales, program management, account management, field marketing, and core marketing functions, to ensure alignment of efforts. The ideal candidate excels in tactical management and operational execution of key projects and initiatives, combined with a creative approach.

Day To Day
- Marketing Strategy and Plan – Implement marketing & content strategies and tactical plans that outline clear commercial targets, priorities, and key success factors to contribute to effective GBU strategy/business plan implementation, realizing the business goals
- New Business Development – Assist in developing prospect research, lead generation initiatives, and new program launches for targeted market segments to support business initiatives in achieving maximum commercial effectiveness.
- Market Research – Coordinate and monitor market research for the GBU to create awareness of market developments and trends, identify business opportunities and threats, and provide necessary information to management.
- Program Performance Improvement – Directly interact with our Global Vendor partners to support the definition, execution, and monitoring of tailored marketing plans, ensuring that financial solutions are an integral part of their sales propositions.
- Customer Experience – Develop and coordinate initiatives to enhance customer experience across different segments and channels acting as a first point of contact for Construction and being more focus on Vendor and Dealer channels.
- Content creation and Campaign Initiatives – Develop, execute, and measure content strategies for targeted segments according to the marketing funnel stage. Manage and execute the marketing content calendar and content library.
- Marketing Automation – Leverage Marketing Automation Platforms for development of customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing campaigns.
- Marketing budget and activity management– Provide input to annual GBU-specific marketing budget and monitor ongoing spend vs. target. Liaise with regions and countries to ensure balance between regional and GBU priorities. Ensure ROI of marketing activities.
- Events Management: Coordinate internal (virtual) meetings and events (like sales meetings, Town Halls, kick-off) and external events (tradeshows, quarterly business reviews, customer meetings) from planning to execution, including proper evaluation
- Collaboration - Being part of CT&I GBU’s marketing team collaborating with regional/ country commercial leaders and marketing members as well as Group Communications and Global Strategic Marketing functions.

Essentials
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or industry specific marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Eager to work with our commercial teams to identify new market opportunities and develop marketing initiatives to generate new leads and profitable business growth
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across the (local and global) business unit team and cross-functional departments.
- Consider themselves a self-starter and proactive marketer.
- Desired experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
- Desired expertise in digital marketing tools, such as analytics platforms, website content management systems, marketing automation tools.
