About The Role
The Marketing Apprentice is a role that supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across a wide range of online and offline mediums. To monitor the performance of the initiatives through collecting data and analysing market trends, to build on the company’s marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Support in the coordination and delivery of exhibitions and our own hosted events both internal and external
- Support in the delivery of client/project communication plans
- Help create graphics and collateral for campaigns, events, advertising, and other promotional materials
- Create and develop ideas for campaigns
- Develop and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives to increase employee engagement
- Filming - Developing, editing, and managing animations, documentary, and tik tok style films to support the promotion of the brand and campaigns
- Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organising meetings
- Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Tracking and reporting on analytics on a variety of campaigns, internal communications, and social media using varied reporting tools
- Support development of work-winning collateral for bid proposals
What you will need
- A level / GCSE English Language at Grade C or above
- Confident in writing engaging content for a variety of platforms
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for organisation and prioritisation
- The ability to juggle short deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail
- Possess a good understanding of effective marketing techniques
- Experience with social media platforms
- Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques
- Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- Experience in Photography (desirable)
- Experience in Videography/Video editing (desirable)
