Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join a global B2B insurance firm on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns, strengthening brand presence in support of business growth and customer engagement.

Hybrid working: 3 days in City of London office, 2 from home

Roles & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing communication plans to promote the brand, products, and services
• Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on marketing & communications best practices
• Create and oversee engaging promotional content, including blogs, emails, newsletters, and social media copy
• Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with teams to maximise internal and external promotional opportunities
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaign success and effective communications
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values in all activities
• Ensure regulation compliance across all marketing & communications

Skills & experience:

• Insurance experience desirable
• Regulated industry experience
• Team management experience
• Highly organised, motivated and self-driven
• Experience working with marketing dashboards
• Flexible team player with a great attitude
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Creativity with video production management experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
