Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive you will work alongside a Marketing Account Manager supporting campaign execution for several of our biggest brands.

This role is based in Theale, near Reading and is a full time hybrid position.

This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan, pitch, execute and report back on a full range of marketing campaigns. You will be part of a team of 14 individuals delivering marketing campaigns that meet business objectives, engage customers and drive sales.

If you join us, this is what your day to day will look like: 

Using information gathered from market analysis, customer insights and sales trends, you will be part of a small team who will devise creative, innovative, and impacting marketing plans that meet stakeholder objectives. For example, customer re-engagement through profiling or a research project, building sales pipeline through automation, winning key accounts via account-based marketing, or creating networking opportunities through virtual training and events.

Once plans are approved, you will manage execution alongside supporting resources in the form of external agencies. At the end of the quarter, you will collate campaign results and Return On Investment, ready to be presented to stakeholders at quarterly business reviews.

Is this the role for you?

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience, and the desire to develop in other areas: 

• Highly organised, able to manage projects and work to deadlines.
• Great copy writing skills and a strong command of the English language.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Experience or a good understanding of planning and executing marketing activities is preferred.
