ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will lead the execution of our marketing strategy. Working directly with our Chief Growth Officer to craft the right strategy, you will be responsible for creating brilliant marketing execution to deliver the company's marketing objectives. Charlie Oscar’s marketing objective is to develop more mid and upper funnel activity that can generate new leads to the business in terms of potential customers, partners and staff. In short, to land Charlie Oscar as a new and innovative brand in the marketing ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have strong marketing skills, be familiar with key marketing principles, be highly organised and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content - You will be responsible for creating and managing a content strategy that will be distributed across all channels.
• Social Media - Grow and manage our social media presence on relevant platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Sales Material - Producing and improving the materials used across our sales functions
• Brand - To take responsibility for the proper use of our brand and it’s evolution
• Events - To plan and execute any events we attend or host
• PR - to manage the relationship with our PR agency and own distribution / relationships with key industry influencers and media titles

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• B2B marketing experience within a digital marketing company
• Social media strategy and execution expert
• Website and CRM management experience (preferably HubSpot)
• Content creation capabilities across all core channels
• Experience in copywriting
• Creative thinker
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects
• Works well in collaborative environments
• Experience with PR releases
