The Company

Electronic Temperature Instruments Ltd, is a British family-run, award-winning digital thermometer manufacturer, producing digital and infrared thermometers for food service and industry together with data loggers, moisture meters, humidity, and pH meters.


The Role


We are seeking an experienced, proactive and talented individual to manage our Marketing Department and develop marketing strategies to improve current business, identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development and promotion of the company and its products.


As our Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead, develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, execute and manage a variety of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media and digital advertising.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • As part of the management team, advise the company of any developments on new initiatives, promotions and marketing of products.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the company strategy through the development of the Brand/image Team.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, analyse industry trends and evaluate competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
  • Lead and motivate a team of diverse marketing professionals to embrace change and encourage collaboration with other departments – particularly the Sales team, fostering a supportive environment and ensuring alignment towards shared objectives.
  • Manage the Marketing budget and allocate funds effectively to maximise ROI.


The Person

The ideal candidate must have extensive proven experience in leading successful commercial marketing campaigns, creating engaging and targeted communication campaigns for specific groups and using a variety of appropriate social media platforms for professional purposes.


We are looking for someone creative and innovative, with the ability to segment insights data into trends, attitudes and behaviours to drive engagement. They must have excellent communication skills and experience in leading, motivating and managing a multi-disciplined team to achieve excellent results.
