Purpose of the role:
SuperAwesome is looking for an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager to drive our customer retention and growth strategy.
You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and your role will be to help showcase our unparalleled expertise and demonstrate our intelligent products to the market. In addition, you’ll support the business in leading the conversation around engaging safely with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing our social channels, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to help engage some of the world’s largest youth-focused brands. You’ll own the reporting and analytics around our executions so that we can demonstrate their impact and improve how we market SuperAwesome.
The opportunity is ideal for a proactive and creative marketer eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The role is best suited to someone who is used to fast-paced, high-growth environments in enterprise technology, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, gaming, or similar organisations.
What you'll do:
- Be a source of creativity, writing original content and reviewing and amending copy for others
- Plan, manage and execute our social media strategy, curating content that complements the central marketing strategy and ensuring that our brand guidelines and tone of voice are adhered to
- Deliver marketing outputs across a variety of different formats including written content, videos, infographics, webinars and podcasts
- Work on our events strategy, helping to bring to life and deliver company-owned events and managing participation at industry awards and events
- Manage our CRM system and email outreach in partnership with the wider marketing team to ensure that the design, copy and distribution of company comms are consistent and high-quality
- Manage website updates via WordPress and have an understanding of SEO best practices
- Monitor campaign performance and share reporting updates with colleagues across the business to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
- Be able to give creative direction to our design team ensuring that their outputs look and reflect the high quality of our products and services
- Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring visibility across the business and utilise strong organisational skills to ensure you meet deadlines
- Act as a point of contact and bridge to the internal team for our PR agency
- Execute across multiple markets, including the US, UK, Germany, and France
Who you are:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B Marketing role
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- You have a clear understanding of Marketing frameworks and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- You have experience working in the advertising industry. Experience in gaming or with youth audiences is a plus
- Have a working knowledge of Google Workspace, WordPress, Hubspot and Google Analytics
- You have experience working with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones
- You move fast and are focused on delivering results
- You have a track record of building strong relationships with colleagues across teams
- You are resilient and a supportive team player
- You have the ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- You have a great eye for detail
- You have the highest degree of professional ethics and integrity
- You are London based or are happy to work in a hybrid capacity (must be UK based)
