What You’ll Do:
As our Media Coordinator, you’ll be the media wizard keeping everything running smoothly!
You’ll manage, distribute, and store all the media for productions in Branded Content—basically, you’ll be the gatekeeper of all things media, making sure it’s in the right place at the right time. You’ll build solid relationships with production teams, stay ahead of the curve by tracking and distributing content, and create low-res clips that’ll be ready for action.
You’ll make sure high-res selects are polished and prepped for online/grade and keep everything organized so it’s easy to access. You’ll be the go-to for media troubleshooting, backup management, and keeping things stored securely. You’ll make the workflow shine, supporting your team with everything from file transfers to editing backups.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Management, distribution and storage of all incoming Branded Content media
- Prepare Low-Res, watermarked viewing clips for edits and deliver to Production Partners
- Prepare High-Res clean selects for online/grade after investigating the best possible source
- Update tracking sheets so all stakeholders know media status
- Liaise with all production teams, ensuring storage limitations aren’t exceeded
- Assisting production teams with media management (including file management and project back-ups) queries and assisting with media management troubleshooting required
- Ensure all project hard drives are tracked, logged and backed up. Back up shoot drives to master drives and keep track of rushes, projects, working edits, archive and deliverables.
- Actively monitor Production calendars to ensure all projects are prepped and backed-up in good time.
- Facilitate day-to-day uploads, downloads and archive retrievals from Cloud storage.
- Attribute appropriate metadata to digital files and log paperwork to the archive.
- Manage ad hoc digitising, logging duties, drive requests and footage requests from external agencies.
- Backup daily edit versions and WIP for Producers and Editors.
- Attend all required production meetings, internal and external, and contribute relevant updates in a clear and professional manner.
- Support Production teams with file transfers, asset management and project back-ups.
- Contribute to ongoing refinement and improvement of Media Workflows and briefing documentation.
- Ensure all rushes and archive are ingested and available for edit.
- Manage/Maintain housekeeping of Nearline storage and the IMG Tape, Drive and Cloud Archive.
- Assist in the planning and migration of media to the clients MAM
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Previous experience of working in a TV production environment or post-production facility
- Experience working with different file types and encoding software
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere/Media Encoder
- Basic understanding of other edit platforms such as AVID, Resolve, FCP
- Understanding of file types and codecs
- Interest in technology and media
- Basic sports knowledge, preferably of some of the following: Golf, Tennis, Equestrian, Yachting and Motorsports or The Arts and Exploration
