Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our growing Modern Workplace team.
The M365 Consultant is responsible for planning, designing and delivering elegant solutions built upon the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. This role is accountable for the technical delivery of projects and requires engagement in the full project lifecycle from presales through to operational handover. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate of innovation with a preference towards using new technology to solve business problems.
Responsibilities
- Architecture and Design of Microsoft 365 Solutions including (but not limited to) Power Platform, SharePoint, MS Teams and wider M365 Platform
- Facilitate Client Consultancy and Workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs,
- Where necessary, implementation of aforementioned M365 Solutions
- Experience with migrations to M365, best practice and oversight
- Delivery of training and client workshops in support of our solutions
- Building trusted client relationships
- Consistent demonstration of high-quality deliverables and communication
- Continuous improvement through team initiatives
- Accurate time keeping, awareness of commercial budgets and general consultancy good practices
About you
- Possess a good understanding of key components of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform
- Experience in presenting and demonstrating designs to key stake holders.
- Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader M365 platform
- Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture
- Experience of designing solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform
- Experience of work with project teams in close collaboration with clients
- Experience of taking overall accountability for client outcomes and direction
- Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous:
- Experience of designing solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Information Protection principals
- Basic knowledge of M365 Development best practices
