Description

Job Title: Microsoft 365 SME L1.5 (SC Cleared)

Location: Warrington, UK (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 Months


Job Purpose

Provide Level 1.5 support for Microsoft Entra AD and M365 collaborative products, focusing on technical troubleshooting and user support across Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for M365 products (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Configure and manage Teams environments
  • Manage Teams meetings, phone services, and channels
  • Remote troubleshooting of desktop/laptop issues
  • Prepare incident reports
  • Handle user support tickets
  • Implement ITIL-based incident and problem management processes


Required Skills and Experience

  • Technical Skills
  • Minimum 3 years desktop support experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of M365 products
  • Understanding of Azure Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
  • Basic PowerShell scripting
  • ITIL/ITSM best practices
  • Intune Device management (preferred)

Quick technical learning capability

  • UK Security Clearance (Essential)
  • Potential out-of-hours work
