Job Title: Microsoft 365 SME L1.5 (SC Cleared)

Job Purpose
Provide Level 1.5 support for Microsoft Entra AD and M365 collaborative products, focusing on technical troubleshooting and user support across Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for M365 products (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Configure and manage Teams environments
- Manage Teams meetings, phone services, and channels
- Remote troubleshooting of desktop/laptop issues
- Prepare incident reports
- Handle user support tickets
- Implement ITIL-based incident and problem management processes
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years desktop support experience
- Hands-on knowledge of M365 products
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- ITIL/ITSM best practices
- Intune Device management (preferred)
