Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a full time static Multi Skilled Engineer with an a Mechanical Bias to join our property maintenance team on one of our prestigious sites in Paddington, West Central London.
What you'll bring to the role:
- On-Call rotation requirement
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by the Contract Manager and Working Supervisor
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
- Implement & comply with the procedures as detailed in the company’s Health & Safety Policies, Statutory obligations and in accordance with the Skanska IFE (Injury Free Environment)
We're looking for:
- Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or ’A’ and ’B or equivalent, BMS experience and multi-skilling capability
- Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role
- Demonstrable time management skills
