Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a full time static Multi Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join our property maintenance team on one of our prestigious sites in West Central London.
You’ll:
- Undertake the servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and carry out breakdown maintenance on electrical systems/equipment
- Carry out sub contractor inductions and putting people to work
- Take control of any works requested by the Site manager through to completion.
- Attend reactive calls with contractual SLA
- Complete PPMs and update eLogbook’s with correct and full details of the task
- Become AP for your site or sites if required
- Have a full understanding of all plant and systems
- Communicate to the Site manager including completion of event reports and daily reports when required
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
- Ensure all logbooks/records are kept up to date
- Become AP for your site or sites if required
We’re looking for:
- Recognised apprenticeship
- City & Guild NVQ level 3 minimum - Electrical
- Experience working with Simmtronic lighting systems
- Experience of client relationships
- Knowledge of control systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- IOSH Working Safely minimum
- Confined Space Training
