We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Communications Specialist to join our Digital Channels and Content team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality visual and audio content that supports our communication strategy and engages our audience effectively.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from producing compelling video and audio content to managing live-streamed events. Your work will play a key role in enhancing internal communications across our organisation.
What you'll be doing:
As a Multimedia Communications Specialist, you will:
- Create and adapt multimedia content for platforms such as our intranet, internal social channels, and email newsletters.
- Lead the end-to-end production of video and audio assets to support internal communications.
- Plan and support live and virtual events, including managing live streaming in collaboration with external partners.
- Design visual assets aligned with brand guidelines for various digital channels.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and can be accessed by a diverse audience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, manage approvals, and deliver impactful content.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in producing video and multimedia content, ideally in a corporate or internal communications setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Office 365 tools (Teams Live, SharePoint).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several priorities effectively.
- A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for multimedia content.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information
This role may require occasional travel and overnight stays, as well as out-of-hours support for key events.
