About the Role:

As the OneStream Consolidation Lead, you will play a key role in driving the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of OneStream Consolidation for a range of global clients. You will work remotely within the UK, leading complex consolidation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the firm’s success and will provide you with the opportunity to work on the world stage alongside the top OneStream professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of OneStream Consolidation projects, ensuring the design, implementation, and optimization of the platform align with client requirements.
• Manage and oversee key aspects of the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure that OneStream’s Consolidation module is implemented in a way that maximizes efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting, addressing any technical issues or performance concerns that may arise.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’s OneStream capabilities.
• Play a key role in shaping and refining the firm’s OneStream Consolidation strategy and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with OneStream Financial Consolidation, particularly with configuration, implementation, and support.
• Solid understanding of financial consolidation processes such as intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and attention to detail.
• A background in OneStream XF is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
