Opentext Exstream Engineer/ Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Opentext Exstream Engineer/Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge customer communication solutions using the Opentext Exstream product suite. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing business communication processes by optimizing document composition, improving system performance, and integrating Opentext Exstream with other business applications. Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer communication solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Perform version upgrades and maintain Opentext Exstream applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate Opentext Exstream with other business applications to enable seamless data flow and compatibility.
- Develop enhancements or integrations using Java or other technologies to extend Opentext Exstream functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to document composition, batch processing, and real-time data.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, including server performance and third-party connectivity.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards.
- Provide support as part of a cross-functional team for in-house applications and business-critical systems.
Job Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Opentext Exstream, including design, configuration, and deployment.
- Proven expertise in deploying and configuring Opentext Exstream applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Opentext Exstream components, such as Delivery Manager, Design Manager, and Command Center.
- Proficiency in handling batch and on-demand communication modes.
- Experience in data mapping, template design, and managing complex data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Operational knowledge of hosting Opentext Exstream in a cloud infrastructure environment.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or higher.
- Official Opentext Exstream training or certification.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
