Here at Entrust we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Stafford based team as a Music Operations Manager. In this team they provide support to the music service delivered in the schools and multi-academy trusts across Staffordshire, as the Operations Manager you would be responsible for managing stock and resources, delivering stock to schools (using company owned vehicle) using software to track staff timetables and liaising with families, schools and teachers to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to all.
We are looking for someone with great customer focus, someone who is able to communicate well with stakeholders both in writing and verbally and someone who is looking for a varied and interesting role. The right person for this role will have a full UK drivers license as a part of the duties are to transport the musical instruments and additional resources from our facilities to the schools across the county.
This is a part time role working 15 hours a week (ideally as two full days but this can be flexible)
