Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our UKSS operation to lead and manage the Corporate Actions Operational Team. This specialist team is critical to the EQ's UKSS business, delivering both high-value and high-risk short term projects events such as IPO's, Rights Issues and Takeovers, and running a number regular BAU services supporting our Client's boardroom activities such as Buybacks and CRS reporting.
Leading a mixed team of Technical Managers, Task Specialists and a Team Leader, the Operations manager will ensure sufficient and appropriate resources are in place and the projects and services are controlled to a high, risk-mitigated standard. The Corporate Actions team works closely with other internal stakeholders across the business, as well as with corporate clients and their advisors, and the highest standards of delivery are paramount to providing the service our clients expect.
Business Functions:
+ The team manages and delivers over 200 bespoke and high-value project-based tasks a year, requiring detailed planning, risk-mitigations and controls, to meet planned SLAs and key deliverables over the project lifecycle.
+ The team manages and delivers over a dozen supporting services which have SLAs and key deliverables to be met on a day-to-day basis.
This Operations Manager role is contractually office-based at our Highdown House, Worthing location. Occasional Working-From-Home days are acceptable, and occasional days in non-local offices may also be required.
