The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part of the launch and delivery of Reframes new Cancer Screening Offer. Currently in testing and due to go live early in 2025. The Screening Operational Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operational delivery of the Reframe Cancer Screening service including ordering of tests, delivery of results in line with CQC guidance, managing screening partners and liaising closely with the Clinical Support Team.
The role will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and smooth day to day operational running of the Screening service. Supporting the Head of Screening with internal operational processes, external partner management, data collection and reporting. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, digital and commercial to ensure that our screening products meet market and customer needs and regulatory requirements while achieving business goals.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Screening Operational Processes
· Oversee the operational process for the screening pathways.
· Ensure automation of all home screening test orders is operational and manage the workflows.
· Ensure all in-clinic tests are arranged with appropriate clinical team support.
· Ensure all results are recorded and reported according to workflows.
· Support the Clinical Support Team in ensuring abnormal results are delivered according to agreed workflows.
· Escalate any concerns with operational workflows to the Head of Screening.
2. Manage Screening Partner Relationships
· Act as a key point of contact between Reframe and our screening partners (laboratories and In-clinic scan partners).
· Oversight of day-to-day contract and operational issues related to external screening partners.
· Develop relationships to explore opportunities for further commercial partnerships
3. Reporting & Data Management
· Oversee tracking of data for internal and external use.
· Produce reports as required to evidence uptake, impact and effectiveness of the screening process.
· Suggesting system improvements for data management and implementation.
· Highlighting any risks in data management.
4. Research:
· Gather and analyse customer feedback, market research, content requirements and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and prioritise enhancements.
· Gather information on costings to inform product development e.g. set up costs and processes for training accreditation.
· Have knowledge of competitor products and services, understanding the broader health and wellbeing market.
· Research and share market trends and developments, competitor activity and partner feedback, to continuously improve and develop our services.
