Your mission:

SHARE Creative is on the hunt for a Paid Media Manager to lead media strategy across multiple sectors and champion the delivery & innovation with all things paid globally.


Your focus will be driving innovative and effective media campaigns for our key accounts – with a strong focus around being social first. You will be responsible for managing media accounts, smashing marketing and media objectives for our clients. You will work across a variety of industries to establish and implement media best practices, create insight backed buying & analytical processes for break through advertising.


The role requires the successful candidate to be multi-skilled - blending media strategy with fresh thinking, project management experience & being able to build strong relationships with our clients. You will be able to comfortably work autonomously but also as effectively partnering with internal teams here at SHARE as well as client teams. The successful candidate will be able to show us their experience in planning and executing paid media for varying budgets in multiple different markets.



Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns
  • Set media goals and KPIs and devise strategies to achieve success
  • Develop audience-led media strategies being able to present confident and concise media recommendations to senior leaders/stakeholders
  • Prepare forecasts and performance reports that track key media metrics & performance
  • Oversee pre-launch and post-buy performance reviews with KPI-boosting optimisations
  • Seek and evaluate strategic media opportunities and serve as a thought leader on new and innovative ways to deliver maximum ROI for our clients


Skills/Experience


  • Paid Media specific account management experience (in some capacity) or strong experience being client-facing with paid media
  • Campaign management skills across all paid social channels, search & display
  • Paid strategy skills across B2C & B2B sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Looker Studio
  • Experience of working/contributing to winning pitches
  • Highly acute attention to detail and high standard of work
  • Proficient use of Google Sheets & Excel
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with suppliers & clients
  • Highest level of ability to independently work closely with the client
