8 Million Stories are one of the UK’s fastest growing agencies and boast a client roster that includes BBC World Service, General Mills, Tesco Bank, Visit Britain, Blackcircles.com and Glenfiddich. We are currently seeking a paid media specialist, with a specific focus on e-commerce.
The key elements of the role will include:
- Day-to day communications with clients, suppliers and internal agency teams
- Working within a performance driven environment, focused on hitting client KPIs.
- Development of paid media strategies for client campaigns across a range of brands and international regions
- Oversee and support management of paid media channels
- Management and responsibility of overall budget and revenue tracking of client campaigns
- Keep pace with paid media and wider digital marketing trends and developments
- Contributing to the overall paid media agency strategy with new ideas and opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven paid media experience, at least 4 years
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across major search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), with a specific focus on product data campaigns such as Pmax.
- Understanding of eCommerce-focused marketplaces (for example, Amazon Advertising).
- Familiarity with product feed management tools and techniques (e.g., Google Merchant Center).
- Previous experience in using tools such as Google Analytics analysing e-commerce data at product level.
- Ability to translate measurement frameworks into conversions and event measurement to development team.
- Deep understanding of the different attribution models between platforms and the impact on client performance
- Deep understanding of how paid media influences other channels
- Ideally experienced within paid social media platforms
- Preferably degree qualified
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Having the ability to under pressure and to deadlines
- Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
