PAM Architect
Location: London/UK Wide
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As a PAM Architect, you will:
Architect and Design PAM Solutions: Develop and implement a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture tailored to the organization’s needs, including policies, processes, and tools for managing privileged accounts and access.
Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or other relevant technologies, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments related to privileged access, identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure that PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA. Develop and enforce PAM policies and standards across the organization.
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years focused on Privileged Access Management.
Proven experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their specific PAM requirements.
Set yourself apart:
Deep understanding of PAM principles and best practices.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for PAM tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
