Job Description

As an NFAL Paraplanner you will be part of a growing team who deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers.


You will provide technical advice and support to the financial advice team whilst developing competence with regulated sales processes.


We continuously strive to improve the way we work and the customer experience so new ideas are welcomed.

About You

  • Competence with Microsoft Office and other software programmes as required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage a high volume workload and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience within a Regulated Financial Services Environment
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Full Diploma QCA level 4 or equivalent

Newcastle Financial Advisers is the Society’s financial advice subsidiary and has been providing trusted advice to new and existing customers for over 17 years. Our teams of Financial Advisers deliver expert face-to-face advice to customers across our entire branch network, supported by our sales support team, providing technical and administrative services.
