Part-Time Office Manager – Flexible Hours (Kingston, London)

Location: Kingston, London

Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible, can be arranged around school hours)

Pay: £12,000 annually plus overtime

As an Office Manager at BPM-D, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with colleagues across the business to make a meaningful impact every day.

Your responsibilities

·      Keep the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly.

·      Coordinate office wellbeing initiatives, including birthdays, socials, and team events.

·      Support travel arrangements, supplier relationships, and health and safety compliance.

·      Assist with HR functions such as recruitment and policy updates.

·      Perform general administrative tasks and resolve office-related issues.

·      Position is an in office-based role.

Our ideal candidate is:

·      Organised and detail oriented.

·      Warm, communicative, and able to build strong relationships.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new tools.
