About the role:
We are hiring a highly experienced and talented Partnerships Director of In-Store to join our fast-paced and high-growth team. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive in-store partnership strategy aimed at expanding our commercial in-store brand partnerships. Reporting to the CRO, the Partnerships Director of In-Store will play a crucial role within our senior leadership team, actively contributing to Zilch’ strategic growth initiative for in-store. This role requires a hands-on leader who possesses the personal drive, passion, and enthusiasm necessary not only to comprehend but also to successfully navigate a high-growth business environment within a rapidly evolving and competitive landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of a new business division, from the start, to drive company revenue and enrich the Zilch in-store proposition.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at both potential and existing partner organizations, ensuring a high degree of collaboration and satisfaction.
- You are responsible for identifying and on-boarding target in-store brands from the UK biggest brands.
- You are responsible for creating and driving the strategy to bring on commercial brand partnerships to Zilch in-store, from the UK biggest brands.
- You must be able to convey the strategy to our senior leadership team.
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of in-store partnership agreements.
- Exceed your quarterly and annual revenue quota.
- Confidently and articulately convey the Zilch value proposition and evolving product suite to prospective in-store brands, affiliate networks, and agencies.
- Negotiate best in market in-store deals and discounts for our customers.
- Lead presentations to brands, clients and affiliate networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead product initiatives to maximise in-store revenue whilst providing value for our customers.
- Provide deep knowledge and insight to our internal teams to drive creative and long-term improvements to our platform offering.
- Take ownership and accountability of your projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
We’re looking for...
- Demonstrated experience in creating long-term commercial partnerships with the UK’s largest retailers in-store.
- Proven track record of brand commercial partnerships with 8+ years’ experience in b2b partnerships, with experience in card-linked offers or gift cards.
- Demonstrated success with building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experienced and skilled negotiator with a proven commercial track record.
- Experience selling creating new brand commercial partnerships within B2B, giftcard and in-store.
- Track record of successfully carrying your own individual quota.
- Strong presenter with excellent organisation, account management, and communication skills.
- Strong business and commercial acumen to lead and drive a business to success.
- Team player with a positive and dynamic personality.
