Tell me more

  • Drive key performance metrics across the partnership portfolio, including revenue growth, reward costs, and member engagement, working closely with our Commercial Partnerships Manager to smash targets.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with partners across multiple locations, ensuring shared objectives are met and our partnership strategy delivers measurable results.
  • Promote day-to-day operational excellence with partners while managing stakeholder relationships across Virgin Red, balancing priorities and delivering projects on deadlines.
  • Coordinate and execute impactful marketing campaigns with partners, from initial planning through to reporting.
  • Work with our Data Teams to provide partners with valuable customer insights that demonstrate the power of Virgin Red for their business.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across internal teams, ensuring partner plans are executed flawlessly.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and opportunities, producing regular insights to help shape our partnership strategy.
  • Champion our members by keeping our Contact Centre team up-to-date with all the latest partner offers and promotions.


What you’ll need

  • Experience working directly with partners or clients, ideally in loyalty / reward programmes, retail, or travel.
  • Experience delivering partner initiatives that drive real results, from planning through to implementation.
  • Strong commercial mindset paired with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
  • A master organiser with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills – familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Tableau is a bonus.
  • Team player with outstanding communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.

Role type: Contract (12-months)

Location: London hub (1-2 days per week) & your home space
