About the role

In this cutting-edge role, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering partnerships that extend beyond the University's walls. Collaborate with esteemed stakeholders from the public, private, and 3rd sectors, ensuring our initiatives align with key policy areas on economic and social inclusion. As a key liaison, you'll connect academics exploring issues of economic and social inclusion with external partners, bridging the gap between research and real-world needs. Your expertise will contribute to IESI's triage approach, expertly aligning academic research with partner requirements.

You'll be at the forefront of day-to-day project management, ensuring timely and successful completion. Embrace the chance to present findings to public audiences, making a tangible impact on society. Beyond the faculty-specific responsibilities, you'll collaborate on various research projects, implement personalised research plans, and engage in impactful reach-out initiatives.

About you

You will bring a wealth of expertise and skills that will significantly contribute to our mission at the Institute for Economic and Social Inclusion (IESI). Your in-depth knowledge of economic inclusion issues and keen understanding of the factors influencing inclusive economic growth and social inclusion make you a valuable asset.

You possess excellent data collection and analysis capabilities, enabling you to extract meaningful insights and challenge existing assumptions. You bring a rigorous and evidence-based approach to your analysis, developing hypotheses and concepts to explain data and events confidently. You are not only receptive to challenges but also resilient, relying on your sound analytical processes and evidence to support your findings.

Desirable skills include experience in delivering research projects efficiently and effectively, as well as expertise in survey design. Your ability to present research and evidence to diverse audiences demonstrates your communication prowess, including engagement with public and lay audiences.
