The Finance Operational Excellence Hub (OEH) provides Finance support to our UK Business and through our service pledge underpins our overall Finance strategy and vision. We are a busy team covering operational tasks supporting our client; the business, enabling them to support their clients. This is an exciting time to be joining the Finance Operational Excellence Hub. Part of our DNA is to continually look for ways to improve on the expectations of our clients across the business with the service we deliver.
The Pay & Benefits Associate is a varied role that will allow the job holder to cover all the aspects of administering pay & benefits for the firm. KPMG operates a flexible benefits scheme which is a critical part of the payroll administration process. The job holder/s will be responsible for administering taxable benefit data to ensure compliance with HMRC’s PBIK reporting requirements.
