Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time. You'll manage the end-to-end payroll process, from data collection to reporting, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for numbers. Your expertise will maintain the integrity of our payroll system and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role sits within the HR Operations Team, who are predominantly based in Manchester, and offers the chance to work alongside experienced HR, finance and tax professionals in a collaborative environment.

Your Expertise:

• A subject matter expert on UK Payroll
• Handle the entire payroll process for a diverse workforce
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data
• Solid knowledge of payroll legislation
• Experience in payroll processing and manual calculations
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
