We are looking for a People Assistant to join our London or Reading office to assist People Advisors, Senior People Advisors and People Advisory Managers in providing a commercial people service to RSM. In This role you will work closely with the People team and support the wider business.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Providing administrative support for ER processes/meetings
- Respond to queries from the central People Team inbox
- Creating, running and producing weekly, monthly or annual reports as required, including data analysis
- Supporting employee wellbeing through return-to-work processes
- Administering line manager changes with the POT team and on HR systems
- Administering the leavers process including leaver forms, arranging of exit interviews and conducting interviews with red/blue grade employee
- Conducting employee life cycle activities such as maternity or paternity meetings/related paperwork
- Working alongside the advisory group to keep them up to date with tasks, activities, and information
- Liaising with the POT team regarding new starters/other related paperwork
- Liaising with payroll staff on simple pay queries and sickness deductions
- Keeping trackers and systems up to date
- Research and ad-hoc project work
