Role Purpose

• As a People Change Partner, you will contribute and play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the organization through periods of change
• You will collaborate with HR People Partners and business stakeholders to ensure that changes are effectively implemented, communicated, embraced and measured across the organization
• Your expertise in change and project management, employee engagement, and organisational development will be essential in fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience
  
  

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies that align with the relevant business goals and objectives
• Support on the development of key metrics to assess the impact of change initiatives on employees and business, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with HR People Partners and business stakeholders in implementing efficient people and talent strategies
• Apply people analytics and insights to inform, evaluate and enhance change decisions and initiatives
• Promote adherence to HR processes and policies while continuously enhancing them for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  
  

Skills & Capabilities

• Experience in HR change / transformation role working in a dynamic global environment
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  
  

Measure of Success

• Strong feedback from stakeholders on the HR practices provided and overall effectiveness of the change management process through robust metrics
• Trusted advisor to stakeholders across HR and the business
