Performance Analyst

As a Production Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing production targets, volumes, and yields. Your primary focus will be to conduct a comprehensive analysis of production flows and outputs against predetermined targets.

The insights you provide will play a critical role in optimizing our production processes and achieving our organizational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze production targets, volumes, and yields to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct a full analysis of production flows and outputs against predetermined targets.
• Identify and analyze production performance indicators to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor production performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with production teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production analysis.

What Do You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
