  • Our Personal Assistants usually have proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Manage partner calendars to accurately assess availability
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assisting in resourcing requests and capacity management
  • Organize travel arrangements, booking travel, transport and accommodation
  • Respond accurately to internal and external information requests
  • Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation
  • Preparing for, participating in, and note-taking for a range of business meetings
  • Assist with special projects as required in a support capacity
  • Reminding the partner group of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for meetings and appointments
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
