A growing VC-backed ed-tech company is looking for a PMI Lead to join the team and manage an integration from a recent acquisition aimed at driving geographic expansion and revenue growth.
You will ideally be based in Berlin, Paris or the UK managing the integration of an acquisition with an American company. You will be tasked with overseeing multiple workstreams in the integration process, including platform integration, cost reduction and workforce restructuring.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business plan and drive the streams on a day-to-day basis
- Measure synergies, ensure they align with the business plan and update stakeholders on their progress
- Ensure consistency across geographies for margins and revenue
- Challenge streams where needed, establish clear structure
- Manage certain challenges including restructure and cost reduction
Requirements:
- Strong PMI experience, especially in acquisitions and integrations of B2B/subscriber-based/tech companies
- Background in consulting, ability to establish clear and robust structure
- Experience integrating with different revenue/geographies/platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management experience

- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Can be mainly remote, Berlin or Paris would be a plus. Must be willing to work flexible hours with US west coast time zone
- Day rate: Up to £800 per day
