Pricing Manager

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Pricing Manager to join their team in London to lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work at a highly reputable insurer and is at the stage of their career where they want to take full responsibility for a pricing function in specialty lines of business.

In this role you will be providing pricing support to the business, managing the team and embracing innovative ideas to develop and enhance the pricing capabilities. You will be managing the relationships with the underwriters and also building further effective relationships across the wider group. You will represent pricing in internal and external meetings where you are expected to present analyses and provide expert advice. You will also be reviewing and analysing pricing model data, and providing support for the syndicate business planning process.

For this role they require FIA Pricing Actuaries who have a solid understanding of specialty lines of business. Candidates must have managed people in the past, and also be keen to innovate pricing. You must be comfortable with working in a large organisation and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

They do 2/3 days per week in the office.
