• Proactively developing new business opportunities
• Leading the delivery of our client projects
• Growing, inspiring and coaching upcoming talent
• Challenging and stretching the thinking of our clients
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders
• Managing multiple teams across multiple accounts across multiple sectors and disciplines
• Taking responsibility for your own business development targets
• Engaging with multiple Partners
• Driving the personal development of your teams
• Providing thought leadership and internal training/coaching
• You will be developing the next leaders of our company
• You will be driving new business development and sales efforts and growing our franchise
• You will be leading the delivery of initiatives and driving further sales opportunities within existing clients
