As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to lead and support the delivery of a diverse range of infrastructure projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring high technical standards and efficient project delivery.
• Provide technical expertise in highway and drainage design, with experience in Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104.
• Work closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project success.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers, supporting the growth and development of the team.
• Engage in business development activities, identifying opportunities to expand services and client relationships.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in UK design consultancy.
• Extensive knowledge of residential sector projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and client liaison experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WinDes, or equivalent software.
• Ability to lead and manage teams, with a hands-on approach to design and project delivery.
• Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
