We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Residential Property Management team, a fast-paced desk that has expanded significantly over the past four years. What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit for a range of roles within Residential Property, balancing high volumes and delivering exceptional results.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients across London and the UK regions.
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to successful placements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the desk and contribute to the overall success of the team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in temporary recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A process-driven mindset with strong determination and resilience.
  • A desire for a long-term career in recruitment, with the ambition to grow within a thriving team.
